Our Rice Hull Blower is a simple to operate, productive, remote monitored, rice husk pot topping equipment built for the wholesale container grower. This machine is used to dispense rice hull material to top dress and cover pots and containers in the field. We understand that alternatives to herbicides and pre-emergents are needed and that hand weeding is expensive. We have seen that there is a need to allow for application and reapplication of pot topping material in the field because application is not always feasible on the potting conveyor line. Our system also allows for top dressing rice husk on non circular containers and trays. There is no setup required for different container types. Compare this solution to the traditional pot topping systems built on conveyor lines.
Operation of the equipment is simple with the use of a single button pressed either from a remote control or on the console. Your operators simply start the engine, fill the hopper and press the feed button. All components are
tuned to operate in symphony.
